Velumi ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Velumi collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
Personal Information: Name, email address, age, gender, and skin concerns you choose to share when creating your account.
Skin Analysis Data: With your explicit consent, our AI analyzes photos of your skin to provide personalized recommendations. Images are processed securely and are never shared with third parties.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting.
Location Data: With your permission, approximate location to provide weather-based skincare recommendations. You can disable this in your device settings.
Camera Access: With your permission, camera access for skin analysis photos. Photos are only captured when you explicitly initiate a scan.
Usage Data: Anonymized interaction data including features used, session duration, and app performance metrics.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Skin analysis images are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently on our servers. Velumi does not use facial recognition technology for identification purposes. Face data is used exclusively for skin health analysis.
Velumi is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at social@velumi.ai.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Singapore and South Korea. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including compliance with PDPA (Singapore) and PIPA (South Korea) regulations.

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting social@velumi.ai. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data, skin analysis history, and preferences within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Velumi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Velumi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By creating an account or using Velumi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Velumi provides AI-powered skin analysis, personalized skincare recommendations, product suggestions, and educational content. Velumi is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. Always consult a dermatologist for medical skin concerns.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Velumi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Velumi is currently free to use. Future premium features or subscriptions may be offered. In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant app store.
The Velumi brand, Lumi character, AI technology, design, and all content are owned by Velumi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
By submitting photos or data through the App, you grant Velumi a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing skin analysis services. You retain ownership of your photos. We do not use your photos for marketing without explicit consent.
Velumi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of skin analysis results. Velumi is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional dermatological care. Product recommendations are for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velumi and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Velumi participates in the Amazon Associates Program and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through product links in the App. Product recommendations are based on your skin analysis and are not influenced by commission rates.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Velumi at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
